General Steps:

Locate throttle cable at control lever and engine.

Note cable routing before removal.

Disconnect cable from engine governor arm.

Disconnect cable from control lever.

Remove cable from any guides or clips.

Route new cable along same path.

Connect to control lever and engine.

Adjust cable tension for proper idle and full throttle.
