Joystick Valve Repair
Joystick valves control pilot pressure to the main valve. Worn seals or contamination cause erratic control or drift.

General Steps:

Lower all attachments and relieve pressure.

Remove console covers to access joystick base.
3
Label and disconnect pilot lines.
4
Remove joystick assembly mounting.
5
Disassemble valve body carefully.
6
Inspect spools and bores for wear.
7
Replace seals and O-rings.
8
Reassemble and reinstall joystick.
9
Bleed pilot circuit and test all functions.
