Greasing All Points
Lubricate all grease points to prevent wear and ensure smooth operation of moving parts.
Complete Greasing Procedure
Regular greasing prevents premature wear of pivot points and bushings. Most mini excavators have 15-25 grease points that should be serviced every 8-10 operating hours.

- • Clean grease fittings before pumping to prevent contamination
General Steps:
Gather grease gun and multi-purpose EP grease.
Locate all grease fittings - typically 15-20 points on mini excavators.
Grease boom pivot points (2-4 fittings).
Grease arm/stick pivot points (2-4 fittings).
Grease bucket pivot and link pins (4-6 fittings).
Grease swing bearing and motor.
Grease blade/dozer pivot points if equipped.
Grease track tensioner grease fitting.
Wipe excess grease from all fittings.
