Control Valve Rebuild

The main control valve directs hydraulic flow to all functions. Internal leaks cause cross-port leakage and weak functions. Complete teardown allows inspection and seal replacement.

  • Work in clean environment
  • Keep all parts organized

General Steps:

Lower all attachments and relieve pressure.

Label and photograph all hose connections.

Disconnect all hydraulic lines, cap immediately.

Remove valve from machine.

Disassemble valve sections carefully.

Inspect spools for scoring or wear.

Replace all O-rings and seals.

Reassemble in correct order.

Reinstall valve and reconnect lines.

10

Bleed air and test all functions.
