Control Pattern Switching
ISO and SAE patterns differ in how joystick movements control boom, arm, swing, and bucket. Switching allows operators to use their preferred pattern.

General Steps:
Identify current control pattern by testing joystick movements.
ISO pattern: Left stick = swing/arm, Right stick = boom/bucket.
SAE pattern: Left stick = swing/boom, Right stick = arm/bucket.
Locate pilot line connections at joystick base or control valve.
Label all lines before disconnecting to avoid confusion.
Swap pilot lines according to pattern change diagram.
Some machines have a selector valve for easy switching.
Test all functions after switching to verify correct operation.
